Emily is a flower farmer, florist and yoga therapist. She welcomes the community to 'Grand Garden', a previously empty lot in West Town, to enjoy nature, build bouquets and engage in pop-up self care practices such as meditation, family yoga and art activities. As a yoga therapist, Emily shares mindfulness techniques for anxiety, depression and PTSD when teaching guests to work with flowers.
