For full Terms & Conditions visit www.chiflowermarket.com. This agreement begins when a membership or periodic booking is made and is governed by Illinois law in Cook County. Chicago Flower Market provides non-exclusive access to its coworking floral studio during business hours. Guests may not share access credentials. Bench bookings allow up to two Visitors per bench, who must remain with the Guest. Guests consent to transactional and promotional communications (opt-out available). Guests must follow safety rules, use equipment properly, and clean their workspace, including disposing of waste correctly. Hazardous materials and damaging activities are prohibited. Chicago Flower Market is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Items left more than 7 days after termination are considered abandoned. Event bookers are responsible for attendee conduct and must report visitor counts 24 hours in advance. Chicago Flower Market may suspend or revoke access immediately for safety risks or misconduct, including harassment or disruptive behavior. Guests must reimburse Chicago Flower Market for damage, breakage, loss, or plumbing issues and authorize charges to the payment method on file. Membership fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable; periodic bookings are paid at booking. Unresolved payment failures after five business days may suspend access. Bookings may be canceled with 15 days’ written notice; memberships remain billable during that period and auto-renew monthly. Chicago Flower Market may change terms, pricing, or services with 30 days’ notice. Guests and Visitors assume all risks and agree to indemnify Chicago Flower Market against claims arising from their use. Chicago Flower Market is not liable for injury, lost income, or business interruption, and total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months. Surveillance may operate in common areas. Entry grants permission for recording and for use of photos or media for marketing unless written notice is provided. Guests retain ownership of their intellectual property. Violations or specified events (nonpayment, illegal activity, nuisance complaints, closure) may result in termination without refund, and property must be removed within 48 hours. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains valid. Chicago Flower Market is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control (force majeure); refunds, if any, are discretionary.
