If our blooms let you down within 48 hours of pickup or delivery, submit this form with pictures and detailed information on the issue you had with the product. Please submit separate forms if you have more than one issue on an order.


Your feedback helps us learn and grow! I'll connect with the grower and issue a credit to your Local Line account, if appropriate.

Remember, no zinnias, hibiscus, hairy balls or mint in the cooler and dropping a chlorine tablet in the water while storing zinnias will be a game changer!
